Most frequent questions and answers

There are only 5 steps involved and here are they:

  1. Free Consultation:

    If you have any questions regarding our service, or you have a specific menu in mind, you can give us a call, drop us an email or make an appointment to drop by our office for a free consultation.

  2. Request Quotation:

    To make an online quotation request, you may visit 29catering.com/quote. Alternatively, you can make an appointment to lodge the quotation request at our office. You will receive a quotation within 24 hours during normal business day.

  3. Customer Agree:

    Sign and return the quotation once you agreed with the quotation. We will check the availability upon receiving your signed quotation

  4. Agreement Signing:

    If we are available on the selected date, we will invite you to sign the agreement by dropping by at your place. We can also email you the agreement for you to sign at your convenient.

  5. Making Payment:

    Our finance department will issue you an invoice after receiving your agreement. It is very important that you make the payment before the payment due date. Discuss with our finance department if you would like to request for specific payment terms.

It is recommended that you place the order at least 7 days before your event. Do take note that our bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis and subject to availability.

Yes, all our food are Muslim friendly. Moreover, all our kitchen crew are Muslim Malay.

Vegetarian packed meal are available starting from RM20 per pack. You can also change some of the buffet dishes to vegetarian options

We currently deliver to the whole Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

We deliver 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Kindly refer to your buffet package for delivery fee.

Yes, you can rent a buffet line tables & skirting at RM200 each set.

We accept bank transfer, FPX payment as well as a cheque payment.

We cater to the exact no. of guests based on your order with a small buffer for your guests. 

Cancelation within 2 months before the event will incur a 50% charge while cancelation within 1 month will incur a 100% charge.

Our payment term is PIA (Payment in advance before event date). Application for credit terms is subject to approval.

We and CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd may conduct credit/trade checks, CCRIS & DCHEQS on your company and where applicable, your director(s), shareholder(s) and guarantor(s). We are entitled at our discretion to approve or decline your credit terms application based on reasons which include your eligibility for the application and your compliance with our internal credit and registration requirements.
